Window on the World is an international festival celebrating cultural diversity and global harmony.
The Symposium takes place at the in the Roaden University Center of the Tennessee Technological University.

On the left, Patrick Ryan, president of the Tennessee World Affairs Council as well as president of the Rotary Club, is presented the 2009 Mandala award by Dr. Bonita Barger, Globalization Chair of the College of Business. Mr. Ryan was given the award at the WOW symposium April 17th as someone who has learned much of other cultures, cares for humanity everywhere and actively pursues this international interest right here, benefiting our whole community.

Each year the festival is dedicated to someone in the Upper Cumberland whose recognition of the world as one – a circle of humanity – has led to international activisim and friendship.

The Mandala project at this year's WOW Symposium…the photos say it all!!
It was a special time for us watching hundreds of colorful Mandalas being created before our eyes.

Please join us.
